What we collect
Your email and purchase details, your onboarding answers, your course progress, and what you type or say in practice: role-play drills, Builder requests and Yes Audit entries.
Practice text stays private
Role-play transcripts and Yes Audit notes are encrypted at rest and kept out of analytics. We never send quiz answers, audit notes or role-play text to Meta or any advertiser. Drill transcripts are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Advertising
If you arrive from an ad, we record the campaign and send standard purchase events to Meta so we can measure our ads. These events never include what you practice or log.
Your choices
You can export your Yes Audit as a file and delete your account and data from your account settings, or by emailing hello@calmno.example.
